The ecosystem consists of 3 products: The first product is a very extensively build PMS system, i.e. CRM for customer service in hotels. It handles activities such as room cards, managing IoT infrastructure, Wifi networks, and invoices. It is a very extensive application that has been developed for many years. The second product is an application responsible for integration with vendors, e.g. Booking, Airbnb etc. The third product is a web application written in node.js and react, which allows hotel customers to make reservations on the hotel website, in the same way as it is done on booking portals.
