Duties:

Implementation of new functionalities for web and mobile applications
Monitoring and ensuring the correct operation of the application - handling current application errors
Assistance in the selection of appropriate technologies
Promotion and popularization of agile software development methods in the company
Research and promotion of new technologies
Maintenance of technical documentation - not necessarily by yourself, but with the whole team
Taking care of the visual side of the project;

Project

Spinbits listen to employees, care about their development, and pay attention to the technologies they want to work with based on their preferences. Projects are proposed for developers based on individual consultation. If a developer finds that a given project does not suit him, they will try to look for a different one for him. Usually, there are several people from Spinbits outsourced to one particular external project.

Characteristic of Spinbits is that developers are always in touch in order to create a group of passionists that help each other, solve problems together, build relationships/friendships in the company and of course exchange knowledge and experience. A selected group of developers goes to meetings with the client. However, every developer and every team have mutual meetings where they discuss their needs, ideas, and what they like.

An example of current projects: One of the projects is an application for remote management of medical consultations. Another one is for the client who wants to create a mobile application for meditation, improving health and well-being by building good habits. The company also carries out various projects at various stages of advancement - from CRM / OCR for the legal industry to ML / DL solutions for the medical industry. They also dynamically develop e-commerce projects, browser games projects and a platform for reporting incidents and abuses and more.
